Order Placement & Acceptance

  2. When you place an order on our website, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price (in US Dollars, USD).
  3. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product out-of-stock, pricing errors, or invalid payment information.
  4. Your order is deemed accepted only when we send a formal order confirmation email to your registered email address—this is the only confirmation of a binding purchase agreement.

Pricing & Payment

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  2. We cannot modify or cancel orders that have been processed and shipped. For shipped orders, please follow our Refund Policy to initiate a free return.
  3. If we cancel your order (e.g., out-of-stock, pricing error), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, with no additional charges.

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier. Hydroflaskdepot.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products during shipping (please contact the shipping carrier for claims related to lost/damaged shipments).

Limitation of Liability


Hydroflaskdepot.com’s total liability to you for any claim related to a purchase (including but not limited to order cancellation, product damage, or delivery delays) is limited to the total purchase price of the affected order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
